SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLY TO SHORT BREAKS

• They cannot be booked too far in advance as weekly bookings take priority
• In band D, they can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance
• In band C they can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance (excluding any half-term weeks)
• They are not usually available in bands A and B or over Bank Holidays
• The acceptance of a short break will be at the discretion of the individual property owner
• Short breaks are defined as ANY 3 consecutive nights
• Couples Discounts or Small Party Discounts do not apply
• The rental, plus any extras are payable up front
• Rental charges work out at approximately 75% of the usual weekly fee.
• Heating costs are charged at 50% of the weekly rate
• Other extras for pets, linen etc. are charged at the full weekly rate
• They cannot be booked online
